I thought (and know) it was entrenched from the very beginning in any place/country people ever lived in.<br /><br />Btw. I don't know whether I've been living in a cuckoo-land, but I thought that the understanding of the prayer among Cons. Friends is - or at least it was so - somewhat different from the way protestants/catholics pray/write their prayers...
